Shipping policy

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

We offer standard shipping that occurs within the USA on average between 3-12 business days, with a tracking number and delivery confirmation number emailed to you. 

In-stock orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days from our warehouse located in Kirkland, Washington. Express shipping is offered for a separate charge. Please note this is in addition to the 1-2 days processing time in our warehouse. 

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they have entered their correct shipping address, including apartment or suite number if necessary. Refunds or reshipments will not be made for incorrect addresses. We are unable to change the shipping address once the order is packed and/or shipped out from our fulfillment center. If you have entered an incorrect address on your order, you have 60 minutes from the time you ordered to cancel your order. The only way to cancel the order is by sending us a message on our website under the “Contact Us” page or email to info@trailersphere.com.

We do not refund shipping costs if a product arrives later than expected. Shipping insurance is provided by Route. If you purchased Route protection, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or the last tracking update if the package is lost.

Please note that orders that are reshipped through insurance claims are only eligible for store credit if a return is requested and only eligible to ship to the same address as on the order.  Orders that are marked as delivered are not eligible for refund, only reshipment. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse the shipping insurance policy.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship with a tracking number and delivery usually within 3-14 business days. Depending on which country it is shipping to, it can sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks. A tracking number and delivery confirmation email will be sent. Duties/VAT will be billed to the customer directly by the carrier. Any return shipping back to us from the carrier for unpaid duty/vat from the customer will be deducted from the refund amount. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to take care of any duty/vat charges.
