First, this product is remarkable. I have been looking for something to help me remove leaves, small branches and dirt off the awning/slide topper, plus able to dry it from rain. The telescopic handle is a great feature and I can reach up very easily. The microfiber pad does a great job soaking up the water and dirt. I am able to do the entire awning and slide topper before needing to wring it.I was one of the very first customers that purchased the product and initially there was a minor problem with the lock knob but the owner of this small family business is remarkable, he immediately sent a very sincere message (before I even received the product) and the replacement knob followed in just couple of days and the product now works flawlessly. So don’t let couple of reviews discourage you because the product works great.

I used to be an RV tech and the most common mistake I saw in regard to awnings was that owners would roll it in wet and dirty, which would lead to stubborn mold and mildew marks on the fabric that often can’t be taken out.This product was recommended to me by a friend and I am certainly very impress. It came with several extension poles that simply twist together and a high quality microfiber pad that does a great job soaking up any water off the awning.Given my background, I have always believed that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This product does a nice job absorbing the water off the awning, ensuring it is dry when it is rolled back in place and could prevent owners from potentially having to replace their awning, which is very costly. A critical step in my humble opinion that only takes a few minutes to do before departing the campsite.

On my last travel trailer, I made the horrible mistake of rolling in the awning wet and dirty. As a result, I had nasty mold and mildew marks develop on the fabric. It was a nightmare trying to remove those stains and in fact, I was never able to completely remove them. We recently upgraded to a fifth wheel and I didn’t want to make the same mistake again. So I have been looking for away to dry up the awning before rolling it in place to prevent any mold from developing on the new fabric. This product is unique and amazing, it fits the awning perfectly and does a great job absorbing the water off the awning and removing any leaves or dirt so the awning rolls back in place dry and clean. It takes just a few minutes and it will without a doubt maintain and extend the lifespan of the fabric. I even use it for the awning over our slide. Definitely a happy camper. Highly recommended.

Product works great & we had an issue with the original sent missing parts & was handled quickly & with TRUE customer service by the owner.

The squeege worked fine. Good idea and good quality. Some of the screwed handle didnt stay tightened all of the time. My biggest complaint was about delivery. I paid extra for the delivery and then UPS in Canada added another delivery and tarrif fee on top what i had already paid. I absorbed the additional cost but it does mean i am unlikely to order anything else. Also i specifically chose to deal directly with you in order to support a small business rather than order through Amazon. I am not sure if that would have made a difference or not
